2026 Graduation Weekend Reservation Policy

We are thrilled to help you celebrate this incredible milestone! To ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all our graduates and their families, we have established the following reservation policies for the graduation weekend:

1. Deposits & Billing (Parties of 5+)

  • Per-Person Deposit (Parties of 5+): For groups of 5 or more, a $10 deposit per person is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly to your final bill.

  • Guest Count Reductions: Please keep us updated on your headcount! If your party size falls significantly below your original reservation count, a $10 fee per missing person will be applied to the final bill.

  • Gratuity (Parties of 5+): A 20% automatic gratuity will be applied to all checks for graduation weekend reservations of 5 or more guests.

2. Time Limits, Attendance & Modifications (All Parties)

  • 48-Hour Modification Deadline: If you need to make changes to your guest count or reservation details, updates must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation time.

  • Complete Parties Only: To keep our seating on schedule, parties will not be seated until the entire group has arrived.

  • 20-Minute Grace Period: We allow a 20-minute grace period from your scheduled booking time. If your complete party is not present within this window, your reservation may be forfeited, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

  • Two-Hour Dining Window: To accommodate as many celebrating families as possible, all tables are reserved for a two-hour window starting exactly at your scheduled reservation time.

  • Ceremony Delays: We completely understand that graduation ceremonies can run long and exact end times are hard to predict. If your schedule changes, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will do our absolute best to accommodate timing adjustments, amendments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Alcohol & ID Policy

  • Age Verification: As always, we want everyone to celebrate safely. Valid, government-issued proof of legal drinking age (21+) is strictly required for anyone ordering or consuming alcoholic beverages.
