SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms and Conditions

These Mobile Message Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in the City Line Bar and Grill text message marketing program (the "Program"). By opting into the Program, you accept these terms and conditions.

Program Details

• Program Name: City Line Bar and Grill Texts

• Program Description: Users who opt into the program will receive messages about upcoming reservations and parties.

• Message Frequency: Messaging frequency may vary.

Consent and Opt-In

• Opt-in: By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the Program, you expressly consent to receive a personalized text messages (SMS/MMS) from or on behalf of City Line Bar and Grill to the mobile number you provided.

• Consent Not a Condition of Purchase: You understand and agree that consent to receive these messages is not a condition of making any purchase from City Line Bar and Grill.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. City Line Bar and Grill does not charge for messages, but is not liable for any costs incurred from your carrier.

Opt-Out (STOP)

• Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any mobile message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP message, we will send you one final text message to confirm your unsubscription. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us, unless you initiate a new opt-in.

Carrier Disclaimer

City Line Bar and Grill and the mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The Program may not be available on all wireless carriers.
