GUEST POLICIES

Payments & Separate Checks

  • Parties greater than 8 will be limited to one check. It is recommended to inform your server at the beginning of the meal if you intend to pay with separate checks. Separate checks may take longer than one form of payment, and must be done at the same time, not staggered.
  • One credit card will be held and may be charged.
  • We do not accept personal checks.
  • We offer an ATM on premise.

Gratuity

  • A twenty percent gratuity will be added to the bill for parties of 6 or more.

Credit Charges

  • When you give us your credit card to pay your bill, our payment processor authorizes a hold on your card for the amount of the bill. This ensures that your card method has the proper amount of funds. At the end of each night, we submit a finalized list of charges for each card. This will be for the amount of the bill, or it will reflect the additional amount you may have left as a tip. If you look at your bank statements soon after dining with us, you may see two holds. Every bank is different, but most will clear the first authorization within a few days. Your card is only charged once. You are always welcome to contact us with any concerns, and we can send you a copy of your receipt via text or email.

Alcohol Policy

  • Guests wishing to consume alcoholic beverages will be asked to provide proper identification that verifies they are of legal age. Our only accepted forms of Identification are Passports and state issued identification cards. These cards must not be expired and must be physically present. Photographs of identification will not be accepted.
  • Guests will only be served one drink at a time. If they wish to order a round for someone else, the bartender must be able to see the other guest and will ask for proper identification.
  • All of our employees have a right to refuse service to any individual who they feel is, or is at risk of, becoming intoxicated. New York State passes the liability of alcohol consumption onto our employees, so we give them the final decision on whether or not to serve guests.
